Hawaii: Re-Union Mastery Retreat- Daily Schedule

Welcome to the Hawaii: Re-Union Mastery Retreat
This retreat is for those who are ready to move into their Mastery! We will be spending much time in the beautiful, tropical paradise and nature of Hawaii, nurturing our bodies and souls in the healing ocean, and enjoying the lush sacred lands sharing sublime energies together as a family or "pod" as the dolphins do.

This retreat is facilitated at our beautiful home in Captain Cook,
Big Island, Hawaii

Tuesday (Day 1)

5pm - Welcome & Complimentary Gourmet Dinner (beginning of the retreat) - in our home (Captain Cook) where the retreat is facilitated *Please let me know if you have food restrictions.
7pm - Gathering and Orientation - getting to know our "pod"

Wednesday (Day 2)
9am - Gathering - Movement and meditation
10am - Leave for the Place of Refuge and the Whale Initiation with the trees (bring lunch)
Pu'uhuonua o Honaunau is the Hawaiian name of this special site which many believe is the most sacred land in Hawaii. It is a beautiful, peaceful site of great Spirit. Read more on the link.
2:30pm - Leave there ... time for rest, optional massage or energy work, or your pleasure
5:30pm - Dinner (self paid or cook on your own ...the group may wish to visit a local restaurant)
7:30pm - Gathering at Doug & Trish's (group sharing and guided by Spirit
)

Thursday (Day 3)
9am - Gathering - meditation and/or movement
10am - Leave for Kilauea Volcano (all day trip)
Kilauea is one of the most active volcanos in the world. Please see more on the link.
***we will eat at a restaurant near the volcano park (self pay) and bring a sack dinner (return depends on possible lava flow viewing)

Friday (Day 4)
9am - Gathering - meditation and/or movement
10am - Leave for beach with sacred Heiau (Hawaiin temple) (bring lunch)
We will venture to a nearby sandy beach which is visited by dolphins sometimes and is graced with a sacred Hawaiian heiau (temple). We will connect with the ocean, dolphins and whales here in sacred ritual. If the dolphins are in this bay, if you wish to swim with them, you can ... and if you need assistance, there is an extra fee.
2:30pm - Leave beach ... time for rest, optional massage or energy work, or your pleasure
5:30pm - Dinner (self paid or cook on your own ... the group may wish to visit a local restaurant)
7:30pm - Gathering at Doug & Trish's - Channeling by Trish (either Ascended Masters, Angels, Dolphins or Whales)

Saturday (Day 5)
9am - Gathering - meditation and/or movement
10am - Free Day without schedule ***This special day is open for the magic ... no set schedule! We will listen to the group guidance and follow Spirit knowing that magical, mystical experiences await us! We will be open to individual guidance as well so each can follow their heart to their soul's calling for the day.

5:30pm - Dinner (self paid or cook on your own ... the group may wish to visit a local restaurant)
7:30pm - Gathering at Doug & Trish's - Retreat Closing
9:30pm - Retreat ends

Optional Dolphin Boat Swims:
If you wish to swim with dolphins, we can assist you by facilitating boat swims, depending on the boat's availability, before or after the retreat. The fee is $175 per person for two or more persons ($200 if it is just one person.) The boat leaves Honokahau Harbor at either 8am or 9am depending on the boat. The boat excursion is four hours and includes snacks, drinks and fruit (sometimes sandwiches too, depending on the boat.) There is about 95% chance of great dolphin swims from the boats. Make these arrangements as soon as you can so that there will be spaces on the boat. Contact Trish at <trish@trishregan.com>


What to bring:
The weather is usually beautifuly warm/hot during the day with slightly cooler evenings

Recommended to bring:
shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops, tennis shoes (or hiking boots,) one long pants, sweater or sweatshirt, windbreaker or jacket for volcano, sundresses, flashlight, umbrella, cold case for lunch, day pack, container for water, beach towel and/or situpon, sunscreen. If you wish to swim or snorkel, bring your own gear, or you can rent gear (let us know and we will send you recommendations for rentals)
